The Dock girls and boys track and field teams finished up their regular season schedule this weekend running at both Pennridge High School and Henderson High School at some high quality invitationals.
At Pennridge, Alex Martin broke through the 50 foot barrier in the shot put throwing a new school record throw of 50 foot 2 inches for 2nd place. Austin Kratz won the 100m dash in 10.94 and anchored both the 4x100m relay teams and the 4x400m relay team.
Nick Smith had a great evening running a new personal best in the 200m running 23.02 and jumping 20 foot 1 in the long jump.
At the Henderson Invitational Abbie Woods had a great day running a personal best time in the 300m hurdles taking 4th overall. Abbie also took 5th in the 100m hurdles. For the boys, while a few key athletes took a rest and recovery day, Alex Martin medaled in the shot put taking 6th place overall.
As always the main objective of these meets is to finalize some athletes for the District meet.

Girls 4x100m relay
Dock will be competing at the Bicentennial Athletic League Championships this Wednesday and Thursday afternoon at Holy Ghost Prep.
