Dock Athletics announces the retirement of our Boys and Girls Track & Field Assistant Coach Bob Reagan. Coach Reagan has been an integral part of our Track & Field program for the past 21 years specializing in throws and field events. He also served as our league's Track & Field Administrator from 2021-2024. Coach Reagan is widely respected by coaches, officials, and student-athletes in the area for his expertise and willingness to help educate others about Track & Field. Coach Reagan helped Dock’s Track & Field program capture 11 Girls league championships and 6 Girls district championships as well as 4 Boys league championships and 6 Boys district championships. He also coached many district and state medalists.
We celebrate and are grateful for Coach Reagan's dedication to our Track & Field student-athletes, program, and school, as well as all the work he has done behind the scenes for the sport within our school, league, and area.
From Coach Reagan, "I can’t adequately express how greatly God has blessed me by my long association with Dock Mennonite Academy Track & Field and the Bicentennial Athletic League. Being able to coach alongside Tim Eger, Earl Alcott, Justin Feil, Brent Bernd, Justin Wikerd, the late Tom Putera, and others over the years has been a privilege. I have learned so much from these men who are truly my brothers. I was fortunate to have coached nearly 500 athletes during my tenure. The relationships that I forged with athletes, parents, fellow coaches, and the Dock coaching community have been a source of joy to me. I look forward to watching Dock continue its excellence in track & field in the coming years.”
