Dock Girls Volleyball Head Coach Logan Hunsberger Announces Resignation

After four dedicated years with the Girls Volleyball program (one as JV Head Coach and three as Varsity Head Coach), Logan Hunsberger has made the difficult decision to step away from his full-time role with the program. Under his leadership as head coach, the program achieved 30 regular season varsity wins and reached its first district final appearance in a decade this past season.
Coach Hunsberger shares this reflection:
“Stepping away from this team was a very difficult decision after an amazing four years with the program and the incredible girls who have come through it. This September I will be getting married, and I want to ensure I can give my future wife and marriage the full attention they deserve. These dedicated athletes deserve my #1 commitment in return for all their hard work.
The greatest reward has been watching these young women grow into God-fearing leaders who respect one another and are well-respected throughout the school community. I am truly excited to see this talented group compete this fall.”
The Dock Athletic Department thanks Coach Hunsberger for his passion, energy, and Christ-centered coaching. He leaves the program in a strong position with a bright future ahead.
