Dock Mennonite Academy is thrilled to announce the hiring of Kyle Rodgers as the new Head Coach of our Varsity Girls Basketball team.

A dedicated leader with deep roots in the local Mennonite community, Coach Kyle brings a strong combination of basketball expertise, faith-centered mentorship, and a passion for developing young athletes both on and off the court. Kyle serves as a pastor at Franconia Mennonite church. Previously in his role as their youth pastor, he has extensive experience guiding and inspiring youth, helping them grow in character, discipline, and purpose—values that align with the mission of Dock as a Christ-centered school.

“I’m honored to join the Dock family as a coach,” said Coach Kyle. “I look forward to building a competitive, cohesive girls basketball program that emphasizes teamwork, resilience, skill development, and spiritual growth.”
