Boys Track and Field takes 2nd Place in BAL Championships

The Dock boys track and field team had a very new look this season, but the Bicentennial Athletic League championships showed there’s still a lot of pride in the Pioneers. The defending champion Pioneers fought perennial power Holy Ghost Prep from start to finish and ended solidly Thursday in second place in the BAL Independence

Austin Nice shines bright under Henderson’s lights

Austin Nice has had a bright start to his final season for Dock, and Friday certainly added to the luster. The senior captain of the Dock track and field boys had a monster personal-record 22-feet-5½ inches on his first jump of the evening to win the boys long jump at the prestigious Henderson Invitational. Helman Invitational Offers Top Performances

The Dock track and field team made its annual trip over to Pennridge for the Helman Invitational and produced another batch of strong results against solid competition. Thomas Schreiber and Nick Halstead led the Pioneers medal winners. Schreiber, a junior, ran a personal-best 15.96 seconds for second place in the boys 110-meter hurdles. Schreiber was
