Dock Athletics announces the resignation of our Varsity Boys Soccer Coach Matt Moyer. Coach Moyer has been an integral part of our school's athletic community, dedicating himself to the development of our Boys Soccer student-athletes since 2002.
As a student at Dock, he served as a Captain on the Boys Soccer team. Coach Moyer's tenure as our Varsity Boys Soccer Head Coach at Dock began in 2003 following a year as Assistant Coach. Under his leadership as head coach the program achieved remarkable success, including:
· 4 PIAA Single A State Championships
· 3-time PIAA State Semi-Finalist
· 6 PIAA Single A District 1 Championships
· 9 Bicentennial Athletic League Championships
His coaching excellence has been recognized with several awards and accomplishments:
· PA Soccer Coaches Association Class A State Coach of the Year
· National Soccer Coaches Association of America PA Boys Soccer Coach of the Year for all divisions Private/Parochial Schools
· 7-time Bicentennial Athletic League Coach of the Year
· North Penn Reporter Coach of the Year
· Most PIAA Boys Soccer Single A State Championships for a Coach
· Most League, District, and State Championships for a Dock Coach
· Winningest Coach in Dock Boys Soccer program history
We celebrate Coach Moyer's numerous accomplishments and express our deepest gratitude for his unwavering dedication to our Boys Soccer Program and school.
