Jenkintown - 12

Pioneers lost to Jenkintown twelve to four at Jenkintown.  

Pioneers were led by Abby Mellinger with two goals and two shots on goal, Olivia Zaskoda also had a goal, and Kenzie Derstine had a goal and a shot on goal.

Pioneers had ten draw possessions and eleven ground ball pick ups and Jenkintown had eight draw possessions and fourteen ground ball pick ups.  Dock goalie Haley Harper made eight strong saves and Jenkintown goalie had three saves.

Pioneers are in double A and are heading to playoffs which start next week.  We are excited about going to the playoffs for the third year in a row since we started. Dock will most likely be on the road and play on Wednesday, May 17.  PIAA girls lacrosse seeding meeting is this Saturday, May 13, when we will know our final ranking.
