On a friday afternoon, the Pioneers of Dock Mennonite Academy traveled to Lower Merion High School, in Ardmore Pa, Pioneers lost ten to three.
Pioneers attack was led by Bailor White who scored two goals and Emerson Gruver who also scored a goal. Pioneers attack had eleven shots on goal. Pioneers attack Aubrey Clemmer, Lily Hunsberger, and Emily Markel also contributed to the offensive during the game.
Pioneers midfielders Sophie Veltre, Jenna Detweiler and Beylse Landis also helped the pioneers in attack and defense. Pioneers had five draw possessions and thirty one ground ball pick ups.
Pioneers goalie Maya Hannum had two saves in goal and Ashlyn Koezler had three saves in goal. Pioneers defensive was led by Maddie Gendron with causes two turnovers and interceptions during the game. Strong defensive from Amanda Moyer, Dani Slater-Miller, and Avery Goldcamp.
Next game is Monday, home vs non league opponent, New Hope at 3:45pm.
