Pioneers hosted Scared Heart Academy Monday afternoon, Pioneers came ready to play and won seven to one. As we were about to start, lighting and thunder rolled into the area and we had a forty-five minute delay. Pioneers had five different goal scorers.
Pioneers Erin Miles had a hat trick with scoring three goals. First quarter goal by Erin Miles scored and assisted by Sophia Veltre. Second goal by Erin Miles and assisted by Leah Al Laty. third goal scored by Eden Schrag and assisted by Ellie Crissman. Fourth goal scored by Leah Al Laty and assisted by Erin Miles. Fith goal by Ellie Crissman and assisted by Paige Hinnershiltz. Sixth goal by Erin Miles unassisted. Seventh goal by Sadie Bernd and assisted by Leah Al Latty.
Pioneers had nine offensive corners. Madison Afanador played in goal yesterday and had a one save. Ellie Crissman scored her first goal! Strong play from midfielders Erin Miles, Leah Al Laty, Sadie Bernd and Sophie Veltre.
Solid Defensive from Defenders Olivia Veltre, Lydia Ehst, and Maria De Rosa. Next game is away at Faith on Wednesday @ 3:45pm.
