Cheltenham - 12

On Tuesday night Pioneers traveled to Cheltenham HS to play on their senior night, Pioneers lost 12 to 8.

Pioneers were led in goal by Brielle Bauman who stepped up to play goalie tonight!  Brielle made 8 saves on the night!  Pioneers defense caused 1 turnover.  Defense was led by Olivia Veltre, Tess Bergey, Amanda Moyer, Ava Dunn, Maddie Gendron and Daniella Slater-Miller.

Pioneers attack was led by Jenna Detweiler with 3 goals, Emerson Gruver also had 3 goals, and Sophie Veltre and Mary-Ellen Picariello each scored a goal.  Also contributing to attack was Lily Hunsberger, Aubrey Clemmer, Emily Markel, Maddy Churches, and Sami Anderson.  

Pioneers had 17 ground ball pick ups, 13 shots on goal, and 9 draw control possessions.  Pioneers midfield was led by Sophie Veltre, Mary-Ellen Picariello, and Tess Bergey. 

Pioneers next game is away, Wednesday, May 8 @ Delco @ 3:45pm.
