Stacey Vaitis.


Head Coach

Biography:

       Stacey Vaitis-Dubost is the head soccer (going into her 4th year) Coach at Dock. Stacey grew up in Lansdale, Pennsylvania and attended North Penn High School from 2001-2004. Stacey has played soccer since a very young age, and went on to play collegiate soccer at Widener University. She was a 4 year starter, never missing a game in her 4 years. Widener made MAC playoffs each season. She received 1st- Team All Conference for her team her senior year.

       After graduation, Stacey joined the coaching staff at Widener University in 2008 as an assistant coach. She was an assistant coach for 4 seasons, before stepping down to coach locally. Coach Vaitis-Dubost started coaching at Towamencin Soccer Club, the same club she grew up playing for. Stacey has been the head coach/trainer with the same team for the past 9 years. She runs advanced training and speed and agility  clinics for TSC and continues to help with training programs throughout the club.       

        Coach Stacey started coaching Girls Soccer at Dock Mennonite Academy in 2019 and has led the teams to district playoffs each season. Dock Girls Soccer became District Champions in 2020 to advance to the state tournament. In 2021, they lost in the District Finals. Dock Girls Soccer were Constitution Division Champions in 2019, BAL Champions in 2020 and Independence Division Champions in 2021. In her 3 years of coaching at Dock, Stacey has had 16 different student athletes receive All-League Honors, as well as her captain in 2021 receive All-State Player of the year. As a coach at Dock, Stacey has also achieved:

  • BAL Coach of the Year in Girls Soccer (2020, 2021)

      Stacey was a kindergarten teacher for 10 years before taking a break to stay home and raise their children. Stacey and her husband Aaron have 3 kids together, 2 girls and 1 boy. Their two oldest children attend Dock Mennonite Academy's Elementary School. In her free time, Stacey enjoys being team captain and playing soccer for her women's team at Colonials Soccer Club. She also enjoys watching her children play soccer for Towamencin Soccer Club.
